FSTP attachments added are not visible in SR form
Hi All,
I have an issue where the attachments attached in Field Service Technician Portal are not coming up on SR form. This issue is not occuring for all the SR, but only for few and i am not able to replicate the issue at will.
I wanted to know if there are any additional setups to be made to make the attachments visible in SR form?
