With-holding Tax in AR

Hi,

How to handle the commission expenses paid to the Sales Agents and withholding Tax deducted on their commission income in AR. This information is coming into AR module via interface with another Point of Sales System along with sales data. With-holding tax will have to be subsequently paid to the Tax authorities through Oracle Payables. What is the solution of this scenario.
