Error in 'Resource Address and Subinventories' form

Hi All,

I am adding a new Address line in 'Resource Address and Subinventories' form. While saving it, error is coming as "Execution of procedure do_update_ship_to_location failed because the following unexpected errors occurred: Cause: ORA-20001: The HR Object is Invalid."

I have also defined this new address as a location in Navigation: Inventory > Setup > Organization > Location.

What will be the probable error for this error. Find attached screenshot for this error.
