On click Contact -Phone number,initiate VOIP softphone
Hi All,
I will need to provide a solution to have On click Contact Phone number in Siebel initiate VOIP softphone, which will help Call Center agents pick the number and dial, instead of manual dialing on phone instrument. I searched on support web and have found a Cisco unified center which can achieve this functionality.
As I have no experience of this type interface. Please advice the different approaches which will be able to achieve this functionality.
