Can table 'SYSMAN.MGMT_NOTIFICATIONS' be compressed?

Hi,

   My customer uses 11g Grid Control to monitor his production databases, and he is finding that the MGMT_VIOLATIONS table is taking up large amounts of space. I asked him to confirm that the normal purge job (EM_PURGE.APPLY_PURGE_POLICIES()) is running correctly, and, if so, that there are no entries in the table older than 180 days - he has done this and everything seems to be working correctly. He has asked me whether we could apply data compression to this table (he has a licence for the ACO), and I can find no notes on this to suggest whether this
