Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. XML generates blank PDF at times

Hello

We have a XML program developed, this program at times generates the prefect PDF, but at times the PDF generated is blank.

Can anyone has any idea on what could be the root cause of the issue and probably how we can get any solution to this please.
