Migrating appstier and database from solaris to linux 11.5.10.2 - adrelink fails

This apps tier in in the process of being migrated from Solaris to Linux. I have worked through multiple documents. I have raised an SR (sev 2 on March 28 ) and  have heard nothing back except to follow the doc for migration - .Note:238276.1 Migrating to Linux with Oracle Applications Release 11i. This is the document I have already followed.  Truthfully, maybe I am missing something but I have been over and over the doc and can't figure out what I could have missed.


I have applied the custom generated oracle migration patch, adrelink which runs command line in the patch worked.
