Webcenter Content 11.1.1.8 ADF UI - Extensions, custom functionality, shared libraries?

Hi all,

As Webcenter Consultants, we have got clients wanting to expose their content (WCC) to externals application looking for a better interface and user experience. This is where the ADF UI for 11.1.1.8 comes handy. Also, our people have developed custom components inside WCC which has proven to be very useful for the client. Now, if we were to use the new ADF Interface, we will lose all the extra functionality we have developed inside WCC, which leads to my following question;

Having in consideration that we all come with a strong ADF background, and the integration has been done using RIDC Api; it is / would be possible for us to
