ERROR (insert numerical value in table)

DB2 on as400

E1 on as400.

When insert in standard applications, in web server will put "comma" in the numerical values, and don't insert in the database.

 

When trying to insert into the F0411 in web server, giving error F0411FSEndDoc,

When the same insert is made from locally no error appear and .log working properly.

step to reproduce:

I can see  in web log file appears separator decimals "comma" in Data Items RPDOC, RPAN8, and fat log these same item appear correctly and properly insert ends.

could be the difference between OS fat and Eone?
