Patch Wizard and non-seeded responsibilities

We have begun using the patch analysis feature of Patch Wizard.  It's great except that we are not seeing our custom or non-seeded responsibilities listed in the impact summaries.

Do we have to register these responsibilities in some way for Patch Wizard to be aware of them?
