How to check Is Business Modeler changes are effected after bounce

Hi

We are using weblogic as application server, and it can be controlled from URL based and unix command based.

It is observed that some times, URL based (Other than DBAs have access) bounce some time not effecting bounce properly. changes are not seen in intergration interface or worksheet series.

How to check Moduler changes are properly pushed to application after bounce.
