Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Core Concurrent Processing - EBS (MOSC)

EBS R12, RAC with PCP , OPP concurrent manager good for node 1 but not coming up for 2nd node

We have Oracle Database 11.2.0.3 on 2 node RAC Cluster.

Our EBS 12.1.3 is 2 node , both have Web Services , forms and Concurrent Manager running there, An PCP setup.

We have Shared APPL_TOP between tow application tier and shared log files too in there.

As per note "563233.1 on Profile level we have set - "Force Local Output File Mode" to - "YES".

Output Post Processor on Node ap64 comes up fine.

We have configured another one named "Output Post Processor2" on Node ap63 not coming up.

Wondering i belvie we shoudl have OPP running on both nodes for a typical PCP ? If yes then how to fix on the given issue ?
