Team as back up preparer

Hi,

Do you know if it is possible to set up a team as back up preparer?

I have a preparer A and a team including A, B, C and D. If I can have the team as back up preparer, when the original preparer A is unavailable, anyone from the team could claim the rec and preparer it.

I have set up the team as preparer but when I go to add / set user in action button, and I want to put the team as backup preparer, the team doesnt come up as an option to be selected.  Do you know why that is?  Is there something else I need to do to set up the team as back up preparer?
