unable to start BIP process

HI,

I am unable to start the BIP process.

i am new to BIP, i have checked the BI_Publisher_readme.txt which described the process to shutdown and start up the BIP.

i have succsefully bounced the BIP, but since i did not ran start command as a backup ground process i stoped the process using ctrl+c and tried giveing the command with nohup and &, unfortunately it failed, was expecting the issue is with the space, and i have cleared the space(100% full mount). But on starting it still gives me error.

[oraapex@xx220163 ~]$ cd /scratch/oracle/BIP/OraHome_1/oc4j_bi/bin
