Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. How to receive and process inbound encrypted emails.

I would like to send encrypted emails to Siebel email response application as inbound emails to Siebel.

How can I setup the application to receive and process inbound encrypted emails? Does it require modifications to the e Mail Response workflows?
