Active TCP connections

Hi All,

Greetings. Hope everyone is doing great.

we often get errors as Exception encountered: ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Exceeded allowable connection time.

From document How Many SMTP Connections Are Allowed Per Session When Using UTL_MAIL OR UTL_SMTP?? (Doc ID 1346088.1) it is mentioned that number of TCP active session can max be 16.

As we are not able to close those session or make any modifications to the code, is there possibility of increasing the number higher than 16.
