Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi team,

My client will receives the OSP orders form his client and performs the service. and then ship to the client.

How to map the same in Oracle apps R12.1.3. And hwo to handle cost of the Item.
