Bill_Now functionality for credits and Missing Tax

Hi All,

with reference to the Bug 13794985 : BILL LEVEL CREDITS NOT CREATING IMPACT IN TAX JURISDICTIONS TABLE


I have a query on something similar to above bug but not the same.

Our BRM version is 7.3.1 and the BILL_NOW functionality has been used to create adjustments for accounts, 


In other words when a customer needs to be given an adjustment the bill_now op code is called and a bill_now object gets created and a tax amount is applied if the customer gl_segment is  /.Extern


but i have a case where in,


a bill now object created as part of an adjustment has its items
