Work Order Reverse issue

Dear,

we use JDE 8.12 and when we create work order using p48013 after that we create inventory issue using P31113 when we need to reverse the issue the quantity and cost will not affected in P4111,F4105 and the quantity or cost will be empty and we always use DB utility to solve this problem any solution and what is the reason?
