"Compiler error in hidden module: Module_start" Error messege while designing RTF Template

Hi,

I am able to use Table/Form and Table wizard in BI Publisher RTF Template designing. I am getting the PDF output also when run in server. But I am not able to use Insert->Chart/ Pivot/ Repeatating Group/ Conditional Format/ Conditional Region. It is showing error messege: "Compiler error in hidden module: Module_start".

We have uninstalled BI desktop 11g and MS 2010 in order to install BI Desktop 10.1.3.4.1 and MS Word 2007.

The *.exd file extensions has been renamed to *.exd_bak:

MSComctlLib.exd and MSForms.exd has been renamed to MSComctlLib.exd_bak and MSForms.exd_bak

Any suggestion will be helpful.
