Version 11.1.2.2.306 - Multiple consolidations get slower and slower

Each year in March, we change FX rates for our "Index" scenario to common rates. This requires us to Consolidate All With Data so that the new FX rates are used.

Last year on version 9.3.3 we were able to consolidate the data within a weekend.

This year on 11.1.2.2 the consolidations have been running for over 13+ days and still running. Each consolidation is twice as slow as the previous year's consolidation.  The data is the same for 2006-2012.

Here are the consolidation performance metrics from last year and this year for just one of the scenarios.
