Field Service Dispatcher cannot view service requests

Hi,

I have installed a new EBS instance 12.1.1 with Vision Demo database.

I am trying to find the service requests that are already there in the DB using Service Requests>> Find Service Requests

But when doing this as Field Service Dispatcher, The service number LOV that needs to be queried has no values in it and so i am not able to find or search for any service request.

But if i choose Field service representative responsibility, i am able to view and search the service requests.

This issue is not there in the earlier EBS instance that we have which is also 12.1.1.
