How to customize the Applied Receipts Register

Hi,

Can anyone help me how to customize Applied Receipts Register? 

'Applied Receipts Register' is defined as a spawned but it is spawning the 'RX-only: Applied Receipts Register' program.

Where to get the source code to customize the report ?
