Using OEM can I convert a physical to a logical database?

Not sure if I'm in the correct area but I would like to know if when using OEM I can convert a physical database to a logical database. I'm using Enterprise addition 10.2 with Grid Control 11g I have a forthcoming application release that creates new materialized views which will causes SQL Apply issues and since the logical db took 3 days to create initially I'm looking for the quickest way of getting my logical db up and running.
