EPM 11.1.2.2 - OCM Configuration fails in Red Hat EL 5 - 64 bit

Hello Gurus,

        We are trying to install & configure EPM 11.1.2.2 on Red hat enterprise linux 5.5 64 bit.  I was able to install OCM successfully, but its configuration is getting failed.  Is this a known issue? (we did not find anything on Oracle support KB, relevant to OCM config)

        Below is the error stack in configtool.log :
