We have been experiencing AP V batches disappearing
We had a user enter around 70 voucher match to PO and submit them but when they received their report these were missing. Luckily they have a report to recap what was entered and they noticed that these were missing and had to re-voucher again. We have been having some slowness in our system so could that have anything to do with the batch disappearing and not really processing. This user does this job all the time so not like they do not know the process- any clues how to troubleshoot this
