Is speedchart functionality delivered for receipts (PO or non-PO)

I know that speedcharts are delivered for requisition, PO and voucher but do not appear to be delivered for receipts. Can anyone confirm? If that is indeed the case, any reason why this is was not delivered across all PO/AP documents?Thank you!
