Retrofitting code from 8.1.1.4 to 8.1.1.10

Hello All,

I need your inputs in formulating an approach to maintain same code base across environments on different patch level with open UI in picture. Before Open UI is deployed in production(currently at 8.1.1.4), we would have a non-prod environment on Open UI (8.1.1.10) and another non-prod environment not on open UI (8.1.1.4) which would be used to fix any production related defects/minor enhancements.

How can we migrate the changes from 8.1.1.4 to an environment which is already on 8.1.1.10? Based on the documentation I have read, I am assuming that we cannot migrate repository SIFs from open UI to a non-open UI repository due to several changes on repository tables.
