PreGenerateForecast causes "memory fault" when running in Linux Server

edited Apr 11, 2014 4:03PM in Retail Predictive Application Server (MOSC) 4 commentsAnswered

We are working on a project to migrate RPAS/RDF_IP 13.0.1 from an aix box to a linux box.  After we installed RPAS/RDF_IP 13.0.1 in linux server and converted all doamins btree files from AIX to Linux, PreGenearteForecast command caused "memory fault".  We ran the same job/command in an aix box, it ran just fine.   Did anyone encounter this issue before in linux?  Any suggestions and advices are appreciated.

lvrpas03d:/rpasxxx1/domains/RDF_IP $ PreGenerateForecast -InputFile /rpasxxx1/data/parms/rdf_pregenerate_1.xml >> /rpasxxx1/data/logs/log092/rpas_generate_forecast.log 2>&1

Memory fault

Thanks
