Time Zones

I have a BIP Report that's on a OBIEE dashboard showing an incorrect time zone of 5 hours ahead of CST. If I run the rtf template its also, showing incorrect time zone. The time zone on the server where BIP and OBIEE is installed its CST which is correct. I wanted to find out where I can change the time zone to CST for all Users.

The other option will be to go under user account preference and change it, but that option is not preferred. Thanks
