How to make PO for requisition without autocreate option

Hi,

We are not able to make PO using auto create option due to enclosed error. I hope this error message getting due to Purchasing period closed. We should not open period APR-14-15, however MAR-13-14 period still opened.

Is there any way to make PO without auto create option
