Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade from version 12.0.6 to 12.1.3

We have made plans to upgrade Oracle EBS from version 12.0.6 to 12.1.3.

Please advice us on the following with regards to Oracle Financials (GL,AP,AR,CM,FA), Inventory, Purchasing, Depot Repair, Enterprise Asset Management modules.

- What are the major areas of concern with regards to the System Upgrade.
- What are the main functionality and process changes and improvements in the new version.
- What will be the impact on System Customizations, Personalizations made in the current version.
- What will be the impact on the Customized and FSG Reports.
