custom fiscal year start date

Hi ALL,

i have a customer enabled custom fiscal year  ,  and created fiscal year 2015 beginning from 3/31/2014 .

he now designed a report which displayed  3/31/2014 as fiscal year 2014 , quarter 4 .

but as designed , 3/31/2014 should be fiscal year 2015 , quarter 1

i have attached the screen-shot .

i assume this is because of the FULL ETL didn't run after the creation of the fiscal year 2015 .

is it right ?

or is there any other reason could cause this issue ?

please suggest ,thanks ~
