Data validation suggestions for EBS migration

in Human Capital Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi

My customer is doing EBS(HCM) db and application migration. He has installed a new E-HR 12.1.3 on 11gR2 DB and Linux platform. Now he is planning to move data from E-HR 11.5.10 on 9i DB and AIX platform.

Could anyone give me some suggestion on data quality check before migration and data validation after migration?
