Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How do OTL hours get processed on a Cross Charge Project

We have an OU (X) that has cross charge enabled. Employees from other OU's enter OTL hours on project ABC (created in OU X).

We have seen that PRC%Transaction%Import needs to be run in employees OU to get it interfaced . Is this the expected behaviour?
