Patch 17863140 fails

Hi All,

We were suggested to apply the solution from Note 1547595.1 , but they are getting the following errors while applying patch 17863140

List of Workers failed during Patch p17863140
FAILED: file PO_ENCUMBRANCE_GT.xdf on worker 1.
FAILED: file PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_GT.xdf on worker 2.
FAILED: file PO_HEADERS_GT.xdf on worker 3
PO_DISTRIBUTIONS_GT.xdf
