DFF'S IN WEBADI ARE NOT VALIDATED PROPERLY (Version R 12.1.3)

When we are trying to upload data through Web ADI, the DFF fields are throwing an error.

Error:

The descriptive flexfield is not valid. Value Yes for the flexfield segment I_9 does not exist in the value set PER_US_I9_STATE.

If we double click on the DFF field in excel and click on 'Select' button then try to upload , it will upload successfully.

We found one patch for 12.0..version

But we are on 12.1.3. Could anyone let us know if there is any other patch available for 12.1.3.
