JMS messages are in delayed state

Hi All,

After exceeding the re delivery delay time still the messages are in delayed state in response queue or destinations side, if i move manually to error queue then the messages are in viable state.

Ideally the the messages are in viable in response queue to pick the receivers or osb

Could you please let me know reasion why the messages are in delayed state in response queue.
