Create Helpdesk Case Based on Form in HCM
Hello,
My client has a requirement for generating Cases in HR Helpdesk, based on Form & approval builder forms in HCM. Once the case has been created, there should be some kind of reference to the form in the case (e.g. link to the form).
I believe we could use the delivered HD_HRHD_CASE service in combination with an AAF policy that triggers a case when a Form is created. My only concern is that there will be no reference to the form in the case. I understood that only the following fields will be send to HCM:
