Not able to login into the AIP Online

Hi,

We have installed AIP 13.4 version successfully.

We are able to open the System Administration Console link:

http://54.225.125.93:17009/aip34/phantasm

with ADMIN user which I created while installing the AIP.

However we are unable to login into the AIP Online link:

http://54.225.125.93:17009/aip34/index.jsp

using the same user ADMIN.

We even created a user within the System Administration link and were not able to log into the AIP Online link using this new user as well.

How can I login into the AIP Online link?
