How the customer can upload a file to an existing SR using Filezilla ?

As currently, in order to upload a log file to an existing SR, we no longer can use supportfiles as last time, where anyone can just select the log file and key in the SR no., and the file will be uploaded to the MOS under the keyed SR no. But now, if using Filezilla, we need to key in the login password to transport.oracle.com in order to view the SR and choose it from the list,.... now the customer do not have access to the CSI, if they using their login password, are they able to view the SR
