"Template Builder Installer failed: Cannot run installer while Microsoft Word is running".

While attempting to install BI Publisher desktop on a virtual machine the following error is returned:

"Template Builder Installer failed: Cannot run installer while Microsoft Word is running".

I have done a search on the Oracle Website and found some possible solutions.  I have done each one of them to no avail.  I am still having the problem.

Please advise.
