Balance of Comparison in Reconciliation Manager

Hi, I have a question about the reconciliation module of Hyperion Close. I would like to know how I can make the reconciliation between the source system (module GL of EBS) and subsystem (AP module EBS) because when I check the balance of comparison only see the balance of GL but subsystem shows nothing.
