error while performing debrief for Material line

Hi,

I try to do a material debrief on a part but I get the below message :

"An instance could not be found for the item and location information provided. Item ID: <>. Organization ID: <>. (SUBINV=<>) (LOCATOR=<>)"

We are focusing to have only bill-only order lines to be generated, we don't want to check the onhand or IB for the part data.

Is it possible to skip such validations and complete the material debrief?

Any suggestions to achieve this?
