RSS error - HTTP Communication Error

Hello,

Is anyone using RSS and ever saw this error??  We are implementing RSS and are testing our Puchout connection.  No matter what we try, we continue to get this message when trying to punch out.

We have SRs with Oracle, but thought I would try the community.  Any assistance greatly appreciated!
