Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC)

NPI items -added items to EBS New Product List, Item not seen in Demantra

Hi,

We have items which do not have shipping / Booking history. So we were able to add the item to the New Product List and saved the items.

However we cannot see these items inside Demantra worksheets..We also ran EP Full Download.

is there any step(s) we are missing?

Please advice.
