admrgpch fail when several files contain PSBBRAND.GIF

I have 55 patches to apply for 11.5.10.2. Trying to merge the patches, there are about 10 files that won't merge due to the following error:

AD Merge Patch error:

/migration/patches/extended/mergedir/source/3485155/fnd/media/PSBBRAND.gif: No such file or directory

What i did to get around the error was move the offending patches out of the source dir. Every time i hit the error, i would move that patch, restart the merge, then i'd hit the same error for another patch, move that one out of the source...over and over -- moved out 10 patches with the same error.
