Mobile receipt and forms Quality inspection for lot-controlled item

We use mobile receiving to receive PO's and intransit shipments into LPN's.  Many of these items have receipt routing of Inspection Required, and we use Oracle Quality to do an inspection.  The QA inspection is done via forms, not on the mobile.  This seems to work fine for most everything.  But this fails for lot-controlled items.  We are able to complete the mobile receipt, but cannot perform a QA inspection via form.
