Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi ,

I'm looking to configure selfservice component to expose outside in R12.1.3 /11gr2. I'm following ML 380490.1 for DMZ , but having issue.

Internet -> DMZ -> LB ->Webserver ->Database

What is your recommendation? Is there any document I need to followup? Can someone share ?
