Auto populate owner field when logging a call
Hi,
I have 2 instances of Oracle CRM On Demand. On the first instance, when I'm in an account and choose 'Completed Activities' at the bottom and press 'Log a Call', the Owner field is pre-populated. In the other it isn't. I've trawled the config and cannot see any differences.
Does anyone know how to get the second instance to pre-populate?
